How to Refer a Patient

Referring a patient is simple. For non-emergency cases, patients must be referred by their primary veterinarian by completing the referral form below, and care will focus solely on the referred condition. Once treatment is complete, your patient returns to your care for ongoing follow-up.

For emergencies, no referral is required, though calling ahead helps us prepare. We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year to provide immediate, expert care. Written reports are sent promptly to the primary veterinarian, with updates during treatment and upon completion.
