Meagan Murray

DVM, Emergency & Critical Care Doctor

Meagan worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine. She then completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center in New York City and is continuing her training as an Emergency and Critical Care Specialty Intern here at VERG before pursuing a residency in Critical Care.

Her clinical interests include sepsis, coagulopathies, infectious diseases, and shock. She also has a strong interest in education and enjoys helping pet owners better understand their pets’ conditions while supporting the continued learning and development of veterinary staff.

Outside of work, Dr. Murray enjoys attending concerts, reading, photography, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places with her cattle dog mix, Roxie.
